Kayden & Lizzie Lu

Kayden and Lizzie- both suffering from middle child syndrome. So I took their picture to make them happy. Kayden is suffering from what I like to call AMI- anger management issues. He's always glaring at people and won't talk to them. I subbed in Primary for a couple of weeks and he sits there not participating and sometimes plugging his ears during singing time. His Sunbeam teacher is convinced he hates her. Lizzie, little "princess" knows if she screams she gets anything she wants so she won't wake up the baby. Lizzie keeps waking up in weird places. The first time we found her screaming because she woke up shut in her bedroom closet underneath bath towels. The next time Matt couldn't find her at first- then he saw two little feet poking out from under her bed. Poor thing.
Kayden gave his first talk a couple weeks ago in Primary. He did awesome. He had the whole things memorized and he was so excited. He sat "reverently" with his arms folded while he waited up front for his turn. Problem was his legs kicking back and forth in excitement. I'm glad my kids aren't afraid of public speaking like their mother!!

Solids

Since Mason is only 25% in the weight category, it was recommended to start him on solids. Even though the pictures would suggest otherwise- he really does like solids. I think he likes it better than the "milk that comes out of my tummy" as the boys put it.

No More Training Wheels

Kayden

The boys were finally brave enough to lose the training wheels. Kayden won't be out done by anything Caleb does, so it only took him a few days after Caleb learned. We tried quite awhile ago with Caleb, but he gave up too easily and then we took a long break. When we tried again he could already do it. I guess we waited too long!

Four Months Old

Here's our little cutie at four months old. People keep telling me how fast he's growing up and that he doesn't look like a newborn anymore and I want to sock em! It is going too fast. I forgot how fast it goes when they're this young. Enjoy it why you can right? At Mason's 4 month check up he weighed 13 lbs 10 oz which is only 25 %, height 25 1/2 in, 75% and his head was 16 1/2 in which is 50 %- tall and skinny. Mason is so much fun (other than at night when he doesn't sleep). He's rolling over and laughing like crazy. The other kids love playing with their brother!
