Oh Lizzy!!

This is Lizzy the day after, so Mom could calm down, when Elizabeth decided to cut her own bangs! No, they're not pulled back....they're gone!! Won't Easter pictures be great this year:(

Halloween & 1st Snow

We woke up to snow November 5th. The kids instantly wanted to go out and play. Mom and Dad got to do damage control on our big tree.

It's hard to tell from these pictures, but large branches broke off during the night. There were markings on the brick of our house where the heavy branches slid down just inches from our windows!! Lucked out there!!!

The kiddie pool I bought was to keep Mason out of the swift Catherine Creek. It doubled well for a play pen (and for more than just Mason).

BEFORE & AFTER
Elizabeth has been sucking her two fingers since she was a baby. At her last dental cleaning, the dentist suggested the "spikes" It's like a retainer- except cemented to two of her teeth. Coming off the top are several metal "spikes" to prevent her from sucking her fingers. So far so good! Two more weeks until it comes out!! Cruel and unusual?? Maybe?? Cheaper than braces- definitely!!




Mason's 1st birthday was April 30th- a while ago... I know! And yes he pooped green after the cake!

At 10 months old, Mason is taking a few steps at a time. He gets so excited that he laughs too much and falls after two or three steps.

Because I have a long "to do list" and updating my blog isn't on it!!

Kayden's 5th Birthday Party

Poor Mason. His brother Kayden just loves him too much. Kayden likes to pick his baby brother up and carry him around. This time he was running with him and tripped. He landed on Mason and Mason had a bloody nose. His nose swelled up and bruised pretty good. Broken? Maybe? After Kayden realized what he did to Mason he stormed upstairs to his room. Matt went to talk to him after he calmed Mason down (mom wasn't home of course). Kayden said he was mad- Matt thought he was mad because he thought he was in trouble. Nope. With tears in his eyes, Kayden said he was mad at himself for hurting his brother.

This is the result of too many hours of babysitting and Kelly being very bored!
